Our policy is to mail out orders for pattern books and kits within 5 business days or less. If there is any reason for a delay in your order, we will contact you to let you know and give you the option to cancel the order if the estimated shipment date is not acceptable.
I do not maintain a large inventory of finished beadwork, so if you order an item that is not in stock, it will be custom-made for you. This may take up to 6 weeks depending on the size of the finished piece. When you place an order for finished beadwork, I will contact you to let you know if the item is in stock and if not, how long I expect it will take to create the piece for you.
You can now purchase my products via a secure shopping cart system run through PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, checkout will be the same as with any other PayPal vendor. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you will be able to sign up for one when you go through the checkout procedure after choosing the items you wish to order. You simply input your shipping and payment information just as you would with any other secure online ordering system. For more information on PayPal, see their website at https://www.paypal.com.
If you do not wish to set up a PayPal account, you may call me to place the order over the phone at (217) 621-6098, or email me to request that I call you for your credit card information. (Please include the best time to call so I can be sure to reach you.) Please note that for offline orders, I only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
We request that you have your items shipped to the same address as your credit card billing address. (This is called a "Confirmed Address" in the PayPal system.)
